International Day of Women in Statistics and Data Science 2026
The fifth annual International Day of Women in Statistics and Data Science (IDWSDS) will take place virtually on October 6, 2026. This free, 24-hour global conference celebrates the contributions of women to statistics and data science and connects statisticians, data scientists, researchers, educators, professionals, and students from around the world. This year’s theme is “Creating Global Connections.” Free registration is now open! We encourage you to register by September 28, 2026, to attend the conference free of charge. A late registration fee will apply after this date. Register for IDWSDS 2026: We also encourage Bernoulli Society members to help spread the word about IDWSDS 2026 by sharing the event with colleagues, students, and other members of the statistics and data science community, or by including the announcement in newsletters, bulletins, websites, or event calendars.
